The Villas Nusa Lembongan is situated midway along the tiered Jangut Batu headland looking directly over the island’s most famous surf breaks and further on to Bali. There are several options of 1 and 2 bedroom villas here. The Villas are run by their Western owners. The villas are serviced everyday.

Villa Aman – Beach Front Villa
Self contained two bedroom villa. Absolute beach front with amazing views across the ocean right back to Bali. The front room consists of a queen bed and bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom.

Villa Santi – this can be partially or fully rented.
Choices are -
The Whole Villa
Situated on a ridge above the sea, this villa has unrestricted ocean views from every room. Overlooking all the surf breaks, Jungut Batu Village and right back to Bali. Upstairs can sleep up to 7 people and is for the big family or many friends.
Upstairs Only
Santi upstairs consists of 2 bedrroms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge and front deck. The front bedroom has a queen bed with views out to all the surfbreaks. The back bedroom consists of three 3/4 beds and a garden bathroom opening onto the back garden area but also looking through the living area out to the surf breaks. A fully self contained villa with room for 2 children in the built in lounge area. Includes use of the downstais plunge pool, deck, kitchen and minibar.
Downstairs Only
A kingsize room and bathroom with unrestricted ocean views. Includes use of the self contained kitchen, mini bar and plunge pool.

Villa Atas – this can be partially or fully rented.
Choices are -
The Whole Villa
Villa Atas has a large open upstairs unit plus a one bedroom indoor outdoor unit downstairs. This Villa has sweeping 230 degree views from playgrounds surf break to lacerations and overlooking the Jangut Batu Village to Shipwrecks and around the top of the island all the way to Candi Dasa in Bali.
Upstairs Only
Fully self contained 2 double bedrooms (kingsize beds) 2 bathrooms, and open living unit. Sleeps 4 plus day bed in lounge.
Downstairs Only
A fully self contained one bedroomed (kingsize bed and airconditioned) unit overlooking playgrounds, lacerations and down to shipwrecks.
Features indoor outdoor living at its best with an open lounge that borders the "sit pool" and an outdoor dining area that steps down to the garden. Sleeps 2 plus 2 daybeds.
